RASSVET – « Where is the boys are ? »
Fashion-forward Moscow outfit Rassvet release « Where is the boys are ? », their latest visual venture with Free Skate Mag featuring their small-yet-mighty team of trendy individuals. Whilst you'd be forgiven for misremembering the featured names, any social media savvy skater would surely recognise the faces present, having featured on plenty of skate outlet highlight reels for their boardy bohemianism in the past 5 years or so.
« Where is the boys are ? » incorporates a little art-house edge with disfigured decks, high-watered denim, and ample amounts of shoe sponsor-appeasing ramped slo-mo as the crew careen across dirt spots, walls and rooftops. Each of the 5 riders (Joseph Biais, Lilian Fev, Val Bauer, Cambryan Sedlick, and Tolya Titaev) have an individual section, each with its own distinctive vibe, a result owed to the production of the video being split between 3: Sirus Gahan, Elliot Bonnabel, and Thomas Vigoureux all contributed to the filming of the project and applied their unique flair in the editing booth and it works, allowing each part to stand out amongst its peers.
