Vans - Setting The Standard With Simple Classics.
Taking inspiration from a retro colour palette seen during the late 60âs and 70âs, Vans have created the simple yet expressive âGolden Coastâ pack. Seen here in the staple Authentic and Classic Slip-On silhouettes the Golden Coast incorporates classic colours in the form of an all over checkerboard pattern.
A staple design for Vans seen throughout many collections, these new make-ups are given a modern twist using a subtle off white backdrop thus creating a contrast colour pop which although very simple, is also visually very effective.
Both the Authentic and Classic Slip-On comprise of low top, durable canvas uppers finished with metal eyelets and woven Vans flag labels, with both silhouettes sitting on the signature waffle sole units.
These subtle yet effective additions to an already classic set of silhouettes make these shoes equally versatile both on and off the board.
To coincide with the release of the retro inspired âGolden Coastâ pack Vans has also introduced two new colour make-ups in the shape of the 'Vintage Old Skool', the âEvergreenâ and âGrape Wineâ.
A classic Vans skate shoe and also the first to bare the iconic side stripe, these new buttery low-top silhouettes feature a durable suede upper, metal eyelets, padded tongue and lining and Vans signature waffle outsole.
With inspiring shape and an array of classic features and materials these new additions reflect on times gone by when things were a little simpler.
