Sidewalk Mag REDUX Part One
As everyone in the UK skate scene is well aware, after nearly 20 years of stellar service covering this fair isle’s skateboarding achievements, Sidewalk mag bowed out of print production and moved their focus to solely online endeavours early in 2015. Or so we thought…
Ben, Horsely and the rest of the guys may well be producing their content for its initial release straight onto the world wide web but the appeal of a tangible medium remains and so the Sidewalk Mag REDUX idea was born. Highlighting the best of the previous twelve months features, condensed into one simple coffee table appropriate book, the new incarnation was released last month in conjunction with an exclusive DVD of various skateboarding manoeuvres, captured by Ben over the previous year.
Obviously with number of the physical copies being limited, many folk didn’t get the opportunity to witness some good old fashioned British radness. With that in mind the DVD is being uploaded, in parts, to that old favourite of ours; Youtube.
Click play for some cracking British shredding, including some by our very own Doug McLaughlan. This is your bread and butter folks, get it lapped up.
