It seems the marketing department at New Balance Numeric have reached new lows of creativity; deciding as they have, to name their latest promotional video directly after the shoe it is advertising. It saves on confusion though we suppose, so maybe there's a significant amount of sense in it!
Arguments over web edit nomenclature aside, this new video featuring Tom Karangelov, Jake Hayes, Flo Mirtain and Marius Syvanen contains some stunning camera work and enough 'none-too-shabby' skate clips to keep even the most ardent creative wordsmith entertained.
And that's all we have to say about it really; we haven't had a chance to skate the shoes themselves yet so we can't really tell you too much about them. So all we're left with, if we're totally truthful, is sitting here jealous at just how much board control and balance Flo Mirtain has. That's pretty much the overwhelming message this video leaves us with - Flo Mirtain is just so much better than we'll ever be AND he knows how good the shoes are. Not really fair, is it?
We'll console ourselves by thinking up different names for the edit, can't be any worse than NB 379!
