Killer Carnage: Koff Downhill Party
There's no two ways about it, ride on grinds are hot moves in 2022. Whether you're able to nollie back heel a 12 stair or only learned to drop in last week, ride on grinds are fun for everyone so it's no surprise to see the trend that started in Jakob Harris' excellent 'Atlantic Drift' series reach epidemic proportions.
That said, not all ride on grinds are created equal and as much fun as you may have tickling a cheeky scratch off the local Lidl kerb, the tricks that went down at last week's Koff Downhill event in Finland are a whole different kettle of fish.
The premise started simple enough; a load of skaters, twice as much beer as is reasonably necessary and a big old hill in a park offered everyone in attendance a good time (save for the road rash of course). This year though? Well, they only went and built a forty-foot ride on rail over a pond! Yep, you heard that right, a forty-foot ride on rail over a pond; there really are no other words necessary...
