Kenny Reed get Chromeball'd
Worry not, we don't expect you to know who Kenny Reed is.* It's probably twenty years since he last had a big part drop and in skateboarding terms that's pretty much a full lifetime!
But hark back to those early days of the millennium and there wasn't a skater on the planet who wasn't in love with his rubber armed style. From the Seven Year Glitch to the legendary Ipath Promo, not forgetting Static II (arguably the greatest video of the decade), Kenny blazed a trail, travelling the world and amassing a fine collection of hats, all the while producing some of the most glorious skateboarding you'll ever see.
With news of an Ipath relaunch floating about, Chops at Chromeball figured it was about time he caught up with one of the most influential skaters of this century. So if you have a passing interest in skate history, or just wanna know more about one of the steeziest to ever do it, click the link below to read the article.
*You know that amazing switch ollie over a bump to bar that you've seen a million times on Insta? The one that looks like it was filmed on a potato? That's Kenny Reed. Now you know.
