I'm Glad I'm Not Me
To younger skaters he's the dry witted host of the Nine Club, to older heads he's the buttery smooth Chocolate skateboards pro. With his series 'I'm Glad I'm Not Me' Chris Roberts is able to bring both parts of his fame together and it's quickly becoming a major part of our must-see viewing!
Having recently returned from hiatus, the premise remains simple; Chris is accompanied on his daily grind by an ever-ready camera operator, documenting his atypical skate life and permitting us to enjoy his dour comedic responses to the shenanigans that inevitable follow. It's a sure fire recipe for entertainment and it rarely disappoints.
This latest episode, cautiously entitled 'It Was At This Moment He Knew...' we join Chris for a visit to the infamous LA Courthouse, where he skates the Nike SB revamped ledges (which obviously he complains about), waxes lyrical about his 'Yeah Right' nosegrind and revisits the scene of his greatest achievement, the legendary switch flip manny on the stage!
