Grosso Forever: The Love Letters Series Finale

Skateboarding, in its many guises over the years, has been a self-policing activity in terms of any given moment's cultural zeitgeist. We, as skaters, are the arbiters of what is cool and our collective mentality is the only gatekeeper as to what is deemed acceptable and "in." That said, there have always been vocal individuals who articulate various fundamental commandments louder than the rest and, in that regard, Jeff Grosso was a king amongst men.
Having grown up a veritable wunderkind in the early 80's Los Angeles scene, more than mere dalliances with substance abuse derailed his initially promising vert career but his absolute love for all things right skateboarding remained and Jeff became a veritable industry perennial. When Vans offered him his own TV show 'Love letters..." back in 2011, he found the perfect vehicle to reach generation after generation of audiences with his lovingly curmudgeonly (yet brutally honest) views and an internet sensation was born.
As we all know Jeff tragically passed away in March of 2020 and whilst various half filmed episodes of the series were lovingly crafted into coherent finished pieces there was no real "full stop" until now. Grosso Forever: The Loveletters Series Finale is the tear jerking send-off skateboarding's most passionate ambassador deserved, click play now and have those tissues on standby.
