Bust or Bail: The Ripper at Clipper II
With over 15 years experience separating the cream from the carcasses, Thrasher's Bust or Bail series has the kind of prestige other skateboarding competitions can only dream about.
First taking place on a sunny afternoon in San Francisco, way back in August of 2008, Ryan Sheckler turned up at the inaugural event little more than a joke character but left as a legend. Hosting proper huck-it-and-hope jams at the biggest historic spots, countless chancers have come and gone whilst only a select few have carved their names into the annals of history, rolling away successful from historic NBDs in front of crowds of fervoured onlookers.
The latest incarnation, a return to the infamous Clipper, sees the likes of T-Funk, Cookie and Yuto tread where Figgy, Shane and Jaws slayed eight years earlier. Pay special attention to Raimu Sasaki, that Thrasher 'Bust or Bail' magic just birthed another hero in the game!
