Anti Hero 'Chesnut Hill'

Aug 2016 by Route One

Well blow us down; if Anti Hero's Dutch connection Daan Van Der Linden isn't the most naturally gifted skateboarder of the past 20 years we don't know who is.

Obviously you've all seen our our infamous interview with him, no doubt witnessed the majesty of his ledge and rail tech in the many instagram compilations bearing his name and watched in awe as he stood out head and shoulders above everyone else in Volcom's magnificent Holy Stokes. Now it's time to see him, in a cast of Anti Hero legends no less (the names Hewitt, Trujillo, Gerwer, Pfanner, Roy and Taylor are hardly shrinking violets, lets be fair) show just what is actually possible on the gnarliest of skate park terrain.

The rest of the guys do shine of course; this is an Anti Hero production so you know you're getting raw shredding of the highest order, no matter what, but it's Daan's board based insanity that will leave your face melting into the carpet. The kid really is that special, with him on the scene you know the future of skateboarding is in good hands.
