Dickies are currently working to better the planet, currently working on using more sustainable materials. For example, their 874 Work Trousers contain 65% recycled polyester. As a part of VF corporation, Dickies published and monitors the majority of its supply chain and production sites to ensure they are in compliance with social and labour standards. Together with the VF corporation, Dickies has some major goals, pledging to being a large part of circular business models by 2030. They have also targeted their greenhouse gas emissions, aiming to be in line to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement.
